Analysis, Funding Strategy, and Plan Design

We’ll gather census and plan data, review demographics, utilization, and costs, and advise on employer/employee contribution splits — including HSA, FSA, level-funded, or self-funded options where applicable. From there, we’ll obtain quotes from multiple carriers, evaluate networks, benefits, and cost structures, and develop tailored plan designs based on your company’s unique needs.

Once you’ve made your decision, we’ll get things set up with your carrier(s) and ensure a smooth transition. We provide guidance and resources to help employees understand their benefits and we can offer an employee meeting if needed.
